Production line

YZX is a manufacturing company that owns various production lines producing pultruded, moulded or other fibreglass materials or products. When it begins production of a new material, it has a choice as to the manufacturing process it uses. The type of process depends on the facility, the staff, and the information acquried from clients.

Here are some real photographs taken in the workshop. We want to show the real scenes of production situation so we have not told the people to be prepared for capturing- because we think production is not a movie - you should be 100% true to your client.

YZX mainly produce a large amount of fibireglass materials based on the requirement or design drawing of client. For instance, when a client requires standardized fibreglass fencing or handrails from us, we will confirm with the client about the shape, purpose, length or other details and provide reasonable quotation.

If the client has any special requirement that has not been applied before, we also can meet this demand by creating a new mould of production. For instance, a emergency call phone box is normally used only for a certain bridge or tunnel construction project, and the production of the box should be made through a new and complex mould.

Here is the exhibition room in YXZ plant where you can see most of products produced for clients over the past 10 years. Sometimes they can be very different.

Apart from manufacturing client appointed fibreglass materials such as gratings, YZX is also able to design and make complex fibreglass equipment to be used in waste water or gas treatement.
